Singapore School Holiday Camp Nov 2026 – Jan 2027
Not just activities. Awareness in every step, every breath, every choice. Living mindfulness in every moment.
"The Earth is You. You are the Earth." (Thich Nhat Hanh)
In this camp, mindfulness is not taught as something separate. It is woven into everything, how children move, eat, play, speak, and respond to one another. Through real-life experiences across Singapore, children learn to notice what they feel, stay with it, and choose how they respond, a life skill that stays long after the camp ends.
This holiday, our theme is Stay Rooted and Connected, cultivating a sustainable ecosystem for children to keep growing the spark within them, staying rooted and connected to themselves, to others, and to nature.
This 5-day camp is thoughtfully designed to support children in developing emotional resilience, self-esteem, body awareness, social-emotional regulation, and social confidence, through movement, play, daily life activities, and shared experiences.
Mindfulness here is not taught as sitting still or "trying to calm down." Instead, children learn mindfulness as a way to notice, pause, choose, and respond, in their bodies, emotions, relationships, and everyday moments.
Rather than teaching children what to think, we guide them to experience, practise, and integrate mindful awareness they can carry into school, friendships, playgrounds, and home life.
Not just something to fill the holidays but something that truly shifts how your child feels, responds, and grows.
"If you've ever thought… I just want my child to be a little more rooted, a little more aware, a little more able to handle life"
This camp was created for you. When things don't go their way, whether it's losing a game, facing disagreements, or feeling frustrated, children are guided to notice what they feel, stay with it, and choose how to respond.
Not by being told what to do, but through real moments that matter.
At pick-up, you won't just hear "they had fun."
You'll hear what challenged them, what opened them, what they discovered about themselves, so you can continue the conversation at home.
Many children can "get along."
But fewer feel truly secure in themselves.
Here, children learn to express, navigate, and understand their emotions, building confidence that comes from within, not from approval.
Life doesn't happen in classrooms.
Navigating public transportation, changing plans, shared decisions, and unpredictable moments, children learn to adapt, stay flexible, and remain rooted, in the real world.
In a mixed-age, ethnicity, and nationalities community, children learn to relate across differences, to lead, to follow, to include, and to be included.
Quiet children find their voice.
Strong personalities learn awareness of others.
Not screens. Not walls.
Gardens, water, open space, movement, giving children what their bodies actually need to settle, regulate, and reset naturally.
Not sitting still. Not just breathing.
Mindfulness is woven into everything, meals, movement, play, conversations, so children experience awareness in action, not as a separate exercise.
Not just facts about the environment, but real, hands on experiences with where food comes from and how every living thing depends on another.
Children grow an early, lasting sense of sustainability, ecosystem awareness, and interconnectedness, for the earth, for their community, and for themselves.
Where mindfulness is not a practice, but a way of living.
We don't teach children to sit still. We teach them how to stay with themselves and practice mindfulness in real life.
Real growth doesn't happen in comfort, it happens in life's everyday struggles. Across these 5 days, children take on real-life tasks and team discussions designed to build resilience and emotion regulation: what to do when they don't get what they want, when things don't go as expected, when they feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or anxious. Rather than removing these moments, we help children find solutions within their control, building focus, confidence, and self-awareness, and learning to stay rooted and connected to the present moment, and to what they can do next.
Each day is an experience, not just of what children do, but of what they notice, feel, and understand about themselves.
Build foundational aerial yoga skills in a professional studio, hanging, inversions, and partner work that call for focus, trust, and body control.
As children stretch, hang, and breathe with intention, they build body awareness and focus, noticing effort, breath, and sensation with every movement.
Partner work also brings a social element: children learn to support one another, communicate, and build trust, growing social skills alongside body awareness on the aerial hammock.
Before children can truly connect with others and the world around them, they learn to root into their own bodies.
Care for a plot at Ground Up Initiative (GUI), a non-profit, community-driven space practising natural and organic farming, rooted in kampung spirit and a people-land connection.
Children learn composting alongside observing nature's helpers, insects and worms, discovering how they nourish the soil, cultivating a giving and taking relationship with mother nature.
They also see sustainability practised in real life, from roads built with recycled plastics to building materials that are reused and upcycled, learning that caring for the earth and caring for themselves are not separate.
Children are encouraged to bring along tea bags, coffee grounds, clean plastics, uncooked food waste, clean eggshells, and old devices for donation, small contributions that support GUI's community garden.
After camp, children are invited to continue this connection through volunteering and community involvement at GUI, growing a sustainable ecosystem for self, others, and nature.
Plan, source, and shop for groceries as a team, reading labels, understanding nutrition, and choosing ingredients with awareness and care for one another.
Budgeting together, assigning roles, and comparing choices, children practise focus, decision-making, and shared responsibility in a real, everyday setting.
This is not just shopping, it is a practice in nutrition awareness: noticing what nourishes the body, and why it matters.
Children are empowered to make their own decisions about what they eat, while thinking through packaging and plastic use by bringing their own shopping bag, and even the order in which items are packed, small details that build independent decision-making and thought processing skills.
From prepping to plating, children cook and share a meal together as a community, practising patience, teamwork, and gratitude.
As they sit and eat what they created together, children experience effort and connection, mindfulness not as an idea, but as something lived.
Later, social water play invites laughter and letting go, children learn to be spontaneous, go with the flow, and include one another in shared play.
A day of outdoor movement, body awareness, and nature play, developing balance, coordination, and sensory awareness.
Children learn to listen inward: What does my body need? Where are my limits? What feels right for me?
The week closes with reflection, anchoring a deeper sense of self-trust, belonging, and inner calm.
Practised in real time, during group activities, travel, meals, and shared decision-making. Learning that sticks because it was lived.
Intention setting, breath awareness, and emotional check-in, creating safety and belonging from the very first moment.
Practical life skills and awareness woven into everyday moments, how children walk, move, stand, travel, communicate, and play, building postural awareness along the way.
Grocery shopping, cooking, gardening, transport, playground, and water play — mindfulness woven into real community life, nurturing sustainability habits and a kampung spirit of connection and care.
Reflection, awareness, sharing, so children name and own what they have lived. The seeds of self-awareness.
"While Singapore is in no lack of children's holiday camps, life-transforming programmes like these are hard to find. My daughter came home grounded, proud, and glowing."Jac, Parent of a 13-year-old
"My two kids have been attending Mindful Space's holiday camp on repeat and they absolutely love it! Each time they come home with new skills, new friends, and a calmer heart."Cherie Chan, Parent
"My son really loves going for activities here, especially the aerial yoga. The teachers are very kind and patient, and he always looks forward to coming back."Shiyun Astelle Koh, Parent
"I sent my daughter and nieces for the 3-day holiday camp and they loved it! Really liked how they got to move around Singapore and experience the city mindfully."Diane Rodrigues, Parent
"A place that is building a community of mindful parents. My daughter practised aerial yoga here and came home with a completely different relationship with her body."Laura Miani, Parent
"My daughter has been going to Mindful Space for the past few years, regularly going for holiday camps. Every single time she leaves happier, more centred, and more herself."Ling Lin, Parent
"This wasn’t just another holiday camp, weeks later, my daughter still talks about it. The values of mindfulness, gratitude, and caring for the environment keep coming up at home. She feels the world intensely, and knowing she was held by adults with patience and genuine curiosity meant everything."Chantel, Parent
"This camp has been a training ground for both my daughter and me. I used to shelter her more than I realised, and I’ve learned to let go and trust her. Since camp, she’s grown far more independent and open to trying new and unfamiliar things, a shift I didn’t expect to see so quickly."Mum E, Parent
"My child has been asking when the next camp is. She’s calmer, has fewer meltdowns, and feels more regulated since camp, and I’m so glad she got to meet so many new friends. We’ve even picked up parenting tips along the way, like letting her take ownership of her responsibilities and setting clear boundaries."SC, Parent
"Last year was a tough one for me and my elder boy, his PSLE year brought out a lot of emotions between us. More than once, one of the teachers gently reminded me to give him space and to regulate my own emotions too, staying calm and steady even when he vented his frustration on her. Children learn about mindfulness in school, but there’s rarely time to actually practise it. Over five full days here, my daughter got to experience mindfulness in action, through how the teachers spoke to and guided her, not just talked about it. I’m grateful she now feels confident in what she feels and empowered to speak up for what she believes is right. Honestly, it’s a gem to have around, even us parents need that reminder sometimes."Mum C, Parent

We provide lunch and water refill stations. Pocket money gives children the joy of choosing their own extra snack, a lovely life-skills moment.
Every lunch is freshly prepared, halal-certified, and designed to fuel active, curious minds, with vegetables and fresh fruit built into every plate.
Throughout the camp, children bring their own lunch box and utensils, learning to take responsibility for their own cleaning — building everyday sustainability habits that protect the environment and set a positive example for others, in line with our mission of a caring, sustainable ecosystem for self, others, and nature.
We know there are many wonderful holiday camps in Singapore. What makes Mindful Space different is how we do what we do. We focus on life skills, body awareness, and socio-emotional development. Parents often come to us searching for a child confidence camp, a kids anxiety camp in Singapore, or a kids body coordination camp, and discover that Mindful Space blends all three into one holistic experience. Every activity, from cooking to navigating the MRT, is a mindfulness practice in disguise.
Children don't just do things; they notice how they feel, reflect on what was challenging, and practise responding rather than reacting. Parents consistently experience a meaningful shift in emotion regulation, social skills, body awareness, resilience, and confidence. Read what our families share on Google Reviews →
The camp is thoughtfully designed for children aged 7 to 15. The wide age range is intentional, it mirrors real life, where children thrive when they learn alongside people of different abilities, temperaments, and perspectives. Our teachers are trained in group facilitation and ensure every child feels seen, included, and appropriately challenged.
The classes are intentionally designed as a wide age group camp so your child can be mixed with different levels of abilities and experiences, to learn socio-emotional skills the way they're actually needed in real life. Older children naturally step into mentoring roles; younger children rise to meet the challenge. When children enter adulthood, they will work alongside people from all walks of life. At Mindful Space, we take challenging moments as learning moments, a safe container to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow.
Because we're exploring different activities at different inspiring locations across Singapore! To maximise the time we have with your children, we avoid travelling back and forth. Each day's pick-up point is near where we end our adventures for that day.
At the end of each day, our teachers take a few warm minutes with parents at pick-up to share how the day went, what activities the children did, any meaningful moments or breakthroughs, and what themes or emotions came up in the group. It's our way of keeping you close to your child's experience and helping you continue the conversations at home. It's a small ritual that keeps you connected to your child's inner world, even when you weren't there.
Yes, absolutely. All meals served at camp are halal-certified. If your child requires vegetarian meals or has any other specific dietary needs, we recommend bringing your own food to be safe. Please also text us at 9783 7313 before camp and state your child's dietary requirements in the registration form.
Mindful Space is an inclusive space and we warmly welcome children with different needs. At the same time, we need to keep the group ratio manageable and prioritise the safety of every child in the group.
For example, for children who have a tendency to move away quickly from the group or towards roads, our indoor or smaller group events may be a more suitable starting point. We want every child to feel safe and well-supported, and that means being thoughtful about what setting is the right fit.
Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9783 7313 and we can have a conversation about the possibilities together. Please also indicate your child's needs on the registration form so we are aware and prepared to welcome them well.
Bring a poncho, humans are wonderfully water-resistant! All camp locations have a wet-weather plan and we continue rain or shine. Children learn that the outdoors is available to them in all weather, a powerful lesson in itself. Some of our most memorable moments happen in the rain. 🌿

It's a complete, joyful day of outdoor movement, body awareness, nature play, and a warm closing circle. Social play is where children practise real relationship skills, joining a group, including others, navigating disagreements, and setting healthy boundaries, before the stakes are as high as school or friendships. Through intentional, guided social play, children build empathy, reduce bullying, and find their community, even quieter children find their voice. Research consistently shows children who play more socially have stronger mental wellbeing, better body coordination, and greater emotional regulation, skills we nurture daily in our Singapore kids holiday camp.
Through daily real-life challenges, from group decisions to unexpected weather, children practise noticing what they feel, staying with it, and choosing how to respond. Our teachers use intentional language and gentle rephrasing so these values stick well beyond camp week, helping children become accountable and responsible for themselves, others, and their environment. Children learn to regulate their emotions when they can't get what they want, when outcomes feel uncertain, and to flow with whatever the present moment brings, building genuine emotional resilience, self-esteem, and stress management that lasts long after the school holidays end.
Every child's nervous system settles differently: some need to move (aerial yoga, water play), some need quiet nature time (gardening), and some need sensory grounding (textures, water, breath). We rotate through all three across the week so every child finds what helps them self-regulate and find their flow. When children are genuinely interested or find meaning in what they're doing, they become naturally focused and calm, the foundation of healthy emotional regulation in kids.
Children build balance and proprioception through aerial yoga and outdoor movement, vestibular awareness through swinging and climbing, tactile and nature-based sensory awareness through gardening and water play, and postural and spatial awareness through daily activities like walking and travelling together. We also engage visual, smell, and auditory senses throughout camp, the same foundations used in body coordination and sensory integration work, practised holistically so every type of learner, whether they process the world through movement, touch, sound, or sight, finds their way in.
Children don't yet learn mindfulness by sitting still and being told to calm down, they learn it through their bodies. Combining mindfulness with movement lets children experience focus, breath, and awareness directly, making it a lived skill rather than a concept they memorise and forget.
Children take on real tasks with real consequences, budgeting for groceries, cooking their own lunch, cleaning up, so responsibility isn't abstract. When something doesn't go to plan, teachers guide children to reflect on their part in it, building accountability rather than compliance.
We're not a clinical or therapeutic programme, but many parents tell us their child has fewer meltdowns, feels calmer, and is more receptive at home after camp. Five screen-free days of movement, nature, and real social connection give children practice regulating big emotions in healthier ways.
No two camps are ever the same, locations, seasonal activities, and challenges shift each season, and every new group of children changes the energy and dynamics, so it never feels repetitive even on a sixth or seventh visit. What stays consistent is our approach: real-life experiences woven with mindfulness, movement, and community. Over time, camp becomes a community our children belong to, and parents keep returning because they see it working, and because they feel aligned with the values we're cultivating in their children.
