Come As You Are. Leave a Little Closer.
This National Day and Children's Day, give your family something rare: an hour where nobody's rushing, nobody's on a screen, and it's just you and your child, holding onto each other. Two special sessions this term: National Day on 10 August and Children's Day on 2 October.
You don't need to be flexible, fit, or “good at yoga.” You just need to show up for your child, we'll take care of the rest.
More Than Just an Aerial Class
If you've been thinking, “we should really spend more quality time together as a family,” maybe this is your sign.
This isn't just an aerial class. It's a chance to slow down, laugh a little too hard, and be fully present with your child, no phones, no rushing to the next thing, just the two of you.
🥰 We've watched children light up the moment they feel safe enough to just play, be seen, and enjoy being together with a parent who isn't distracted by anything else.
❤️ So we started asking: what if more families had the chance to feel that?
Whether you're cheering each other on through a wobbly first flip, or laughing at how upside-down everything looks, these are the small moments that bring families closer.
- 🤍 Suitable for complete beginners
- 🤍 No experience needed
- 🤍 Just come as you are
We chose these two dates on purpose, National Day and Children's Day, so families have a real reason to pause, set the day aside, and simply be together.

Why Aerial Yoga, Specifically?
It's not just play in the air. Every swing and inversion is doing something good, for the body, and for the bond between you.
- Trusting each other on the hammock builds a sense of closeness that's hard to describe with words, you're literally holding each other up.
- Flipping, rocking, and swinging together is a fun, playful and therapeutic way to move that also improves body and spatial awareness.
- Going upside down, with a little help from gravity, eases tension in the spine (decompression), supports circulation, and has a calming effect on the mind, for both of you.
- Moving together in different directions builds trust and teaches you to really listen to each other, not just physically, but as a team.
- Being held safely in the air by someone you love builds a kind of confidence and improves well-being that lasts long after the class ends.
- Inversions are a great tool for self-regulation of the central nervous system. It helps calms the overstimulated brain and active body.
- Activates the vestibular, tactile and propioceptive sensory that helps to regulate emotions, trains focus, motor skills, planning, and working memory.

What Families Say
Real words from parents, straight from our Google reviews (4.9/5 from 51 reviews).
I came for the parent-child aerial workshop and found real space to slow down and connect with myself, my husband, and my kids. My children loved it so much they asked to join Zen in the Sky next, and had a blast there too. The teachers were kind, real, and approachable throughout.
Mei Na Tan Google reviewMy son really loves coming here, especially for the aerial yoga. The teachers are kind and understanding of his need for movement, and I appreciate their guidance on how we can keep supporting him at home.
Shiyun Astelle Koh Google reviewI attended Family Aerial with my four-year-old daughter and we had so much fun together. It was a great bonding opportunity, and the instructors were experienced. I'd recommend it for some fun, challenge, and bonding time with your kids.
