Aerial Yoga
- Inversions are a great tool for self-regulation to the central nervous system.
- Fun and therapeutic environment to flip, rock and swing to improve body and spatial awareness.
- Upside down with the help of gravity aligns and decompresses the spine, promotes blood circulation and a calming sensory to the brain.
- Movements in different orientations and directions help develop a strong sense of balance; train the brain’s focus, motor planning, and working memory.
- Being up in the air enhances self-confidence, responsibility and requires good observation and listening skills to move in and out of different poses.

Through joining a couple of the online sessions, I've learnt and picked up new knowledges which benefited myself and most importantly my whole family. What I like about the sessions are that they encouraged 2-way communication rather than the traditional talks. It's very interactive and informative at the same time. Looking forward to more interesting topics. Thank You Mindful Space for helping us parents!

My boy just completed the 1 week mindful space camp. To be honest, he wasn't really looking forward to it initially as he thought it would be boring. After the 1st day, he actually couldn't wait to attend the next day's class!
After the camp, I can tell he is trying very hard to incorporate the values he learnt from the camp into his daily routine. Am very happy to receive a very detailed report of his behaviour and the difficulties he faced and how he managed to overcome those during the camp. It helps me to understand my child a little bit better too. There were also suggestions on how we could further support our child in areas that he is not strong in. The trainers are all very friendly and approachable too.
I'm very glad I came across this camp. My child had alot of fun and he learnt alot. We could actually see a difference in his behaviour in the short span of 5 days. Thank you and please continue doing what you do!

We recently engaged mindful space for a mini workshop for preschool parents and educators on how we can have some learning about children’s different temperaments and strategies in helping adults to understand the little world of our young children. Through the workshop, many relevant examples and practical strategies were shared that enlightened the way we possibly can use to handle young children in their melt downs. We appreciate the the knowledge sharing from the speaker, Ms Vernessa, who is patient and interactive in answering the queries both parents and educators may have. We certainly we would consider for more session in time to come! :)) We have tried some of the strategies and now we also seen some little improvement of the little ones. Thank you! :)

Recently had a great little adventure with my 4 year old son paddling among the last remaining mangroves in Singapore on Pulau Ubin.
Learned a thing or two about these precious habitats thanks to the guides who knew their stuff and gave us their undivided attention.
And a big thanks to Vernessa for getting us into this fun activity in the first place! Looking forward to get the rest of the clan on the water.
