Founder Mission
Driven by her love for learning and sharing, Vernessa pursued a Masters in Education, specializing in Leadership, Policy, and Change. Through her journey, she identified three core pillars that inspired the creation of Mindful Space: parental well-being, knowledge and skills for parents and partners, and family bonding and learning.
Vernessa's vision for Mindful Space is to provide a nurturing environment where parents can recharge, acquire essential parenting skills, and create lasting bonds with their children through engaging activities and workshops.
Her passion for the outdoors and connection with nature is reflected in the studio's edible urban farm, where families can explore mindfulness and find inner peace.
As a pregnancy loss coach, Vernessa also supports women who have experienced miscarriage, abortion, and infertility, offering guidance and compassion to help them navigate through grief and trauma. Learn More about Grief and Loss Coaching
