This is a place where you can let your child grow in self-awareness and learn skills and values they'll need in life through fun and interactive activities. The boss and facilitators take serious care to each individual child's needs. Highly recommended!

I've interviewed the owner Vernessa, was told that every furniture and designed has been carefully selected as measured for the safety of the kids. Placement with consideration with every details. You will only experience it when you pay a visit. Highly recommended.

Booked mangrove kayaking on Pulau Ubin via Mindful Space. The whole experience from the first contact to the sharing of photos after the kayaking was truly brilliant; the ease of booking and customer service was exceptional. Our guide, Roz, from Adventures by Asian Detours, was great, very knowledgeable and patient. We enjoyed some much needed time away from the madness of city life. Our 11 year old & 15 year old enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Deciding to sign my 13-year-old up for a three-day camp with Mindful Space was on the spur of the moment ... I received the most detailed and best post-camp review I’ve ever read. True to their business name, someone took the time and effort to mindfully communicate to me about my child and his time at the camp. Not only was the message kind and thoughtful, but it was definitely on point about what kind of person he is, and the areas in which we can continue to help him flourish ...
Deciding to sign my 13-year-old up for a three-day camp with Mindful Space was on the spur of the moment. Dreading to have a naturally sedentary teen growing roots on the TV couch during the June holidays, I was intrigued when I read about Mindful Space's programme, particularly their aerial yoga activity.
Those three days came and went, and as usual, I didn't get a lot of information out of a teen apart from the fact that he had a lot of fun and wasn't bothered by the large age gap with his camp mates.
Then a week later, I received a post-camp message from Mindful Space.
Oh my, it is by far, the most detailed and best post-camp review I’ve ever read. True to their business name, someone took the time and effort to mindfully communicate to me about my child and his time at the camp. Not only was the message kind and thoughtful, but it was definitely on point about what kind of person he is, and the areas in which we can continue to help him flourish.
One of the "wow" moments for my child was how he attempted and succeeded in doing a handstand. To some parents of naturally well-coordinated and active kids, this may not seem like much, but for my child, it was huge. He was so surprised and proud of himself - for trying and overcoming. From the note, I especially love how the teachers were able to identify a huge learning point for him through this activity - there was an acknowledgement of fear, followed by an acceptance of self, before embarking on the actual learning of the technique and continual practice.
In our busy, modern society, many people, including adults, get buried with the "doing" but missed out on the critical stage of "being". Once in a while, we all need to recalibrate and reframe our mindsets so that we can be better equipped to embark on the "handstands of our lives".
I'm also happy to report that my child's posture has improved. When waiting for the bus recently, I noticed he was sitting upright when he would otherwise be hunched up like a little old man.
While Singapore is in no lack of children's holiday camps, life-transforming programmes like these are rare and precious. Thank you so much, Mindful Space.

I'm so glad we chose to send our child to Mindful Space for their 5-day mindfulness holiday camp. One of the best decisions I can make for my growing child with emotional regulation issues. I'm very grateful for the inviting space and to the caring teachers and committed founder for their effort in providing detailed observations and reasons of my child's behaviours, and how we can augment and provide support at home. Definitely recommend this space for anyone who's looking for a meaningful activity to engage your growing child! P/S: We are also looking forward to weekly aerial yoga sessions :)

Good place and good programme to bond with my little one. He shows so much interest on everything that Ms Has shared. The bubble, the musical instruments, the balls, the movement, the songs. Always looking forward to attend this weekend class with my baby. 😊

... Mindful Space curates the best learning experiences, from night walks in search of bats to crafting wooden toys with my children—activities I wouldn't have thought of doing without them. What amazes me most is how Vernessa connects with us personally, showing true passion in her work ...
I must start by saying that Mindful Space curates the best learning experiences for families! With them, we have gone for walks in the nights in search of bats, learnt the patience behind the hobby of fishing, enjoyed walking through streams in the rain, posed on aerial yoga hammocks gracefully and even handcrafted our own wooden toy.
These are activities I would probably not have done (or thought of doing) with my children, if not for Mindful Space.
What really amazes me is how Vernessa (founder of Mindful Space) always makes a point to get to know the participants and connect with us on a personal level. It truly shows the passion she has in her work!
All the other teachers/coaches we encounter on the programmes are kind in their words and interactions too. I learnt tips along the way as a participating parent and I treasure these shared experiences with my child.

Attended parent and child aerial yoga with my 4yo. She absolutely loved the experience. Great that the teaching assistant to parent-child pair ratio was almost 1:1, so it felt really safe (can’t always see how your kid is climbing above you in the hammock). Plus lots of photos and videos were taken by staff which they sent to us after, so we could just be in the moment to enjoy the class without worrying about having to capture the memories like our usual kiasu selves 😁

... Love the warm, cosy, and calming space at Mindful Space, offering a flexible schedule and classes of variable intensity. Class sizes are small, allowing for individual attention ... Having tried different yoga schools, I've found THE place I always look forward to. Always feel rejuvenated and refreshed after every class, thanks to the patient and encouraging teachers with unique styles ... Thank You, Vernessa and team, for opening this space to benefit others.
Warm, cosy and calming space. Love the space for having a flexible schedule with classes of variable intensity that suits different needs. Also love that class size is small, allowing more attention in correcting postures and in focusing on needs of individual. Was introduced to the space by my yoga buddy who was going for pre-natal classes. Having tried out different yoga schools and centres, I think I've found THE place where I constantly look forward to the next class.
Always feel rejuvenated and refreshed after every class (even after a long tiring day at work) and grateful for patient and encouraging teachers. The lovely ladies are all experienced, each with her own unique style of teaching. I like the classes that make one work and sweat (Vinyasa, Hatha and core) and also classes that mediates the body (therapy, yin).
I'm constantly motivated to maintain a balance in mind and body amidst the bustle of a fast-paced world.
Thank You Vernessa and team for opening this space to benefit others (both young and old) :)

... The studio offers a relaxing atmosphere with its central location and lush greenery. I love the peace and calm ambience, perfect for yoga and meditation ... Ms. Vernessa Chuah, the founder, is not only friendly and caring, she makes everyone feel very comfortable.
As a complete beginner to Yoga, it takes me quite a while looking for a suitable studio as I had doubts like : Will I feel comfortable begin in the studio? Will I be able to vibe with the teachers? How adventurous would I be in trying new pose in class? Until I get to know "MINDFUL SPACE" while browsing through Facebook and that's where my yoga journey begins....
Mindful Space is a new set up studio opened in August'2019. Location within central district situated in a commercial building surrounded with lush greenery offering a relaxing atmosphere. I love the welcoming air space, the peace and calm ambience within the studio, a good and healthy place to practice yoga and meditation. Classes were limited to small group, teachers were friendly and patience. A highly recommended studio for new beginners.
Ms Vernessa Chuah (the founder) not only pretty, she was also friendly and caring with positive attitude, makes me very comfortable talking to her. :)
Mindful Space is a special studio to me. Well-begin not only into yoga but they also conduct workshops supporting women (Women's Circle), parent and child (Parenting workshop, Parent & Child Classes).
Last but not the least, would like to convey below messages :
To : Ms Vernessa - felt blessed getting to know Mindful Space and glad begin a part of Mindful family. :)
To : Teacher Angie, Joanne, Kuan, Lishan - appreciated the patience rendered during the practice . You guys were awesome.
