This is a place where you can let your child grow in self-awareness and learn skills and values they'll need in life through fun and interactive activities. The boss and facilitators take serious care to each individual child's needs. Highly recommended!

I've interviewed the owner Vernessa, was told that every furniture and designed has been carefully selected as measured for the safety of the kids. Placement with consideration with every details. You will only experience it when you pay a visit. Highly recommended.

My 12 year old daughter attended a 3 days Mindfulness Holiday Camp at Mindful Space. She loves all the teachers and the entire program especially the aerial yoga session so much so she is asking if I can sign her up for more! It is not easy to find aerial yoga classes for tweens/teens.
I hope Mindful Space will organise more events/classes cater to her age group too! Thank you for brightening up her summer vacation with your awesome camp! And thank you for the comprehensive classroom observation review and photos after the camp. My husband and I are truly impressed by the professionalism of your service.

Deciding to sign my 13-year-old up for a three-day camp with Mindful Space was on the spur of the moment ... I received the most detailed and best post-camp review I’ve ever read. True to their business name, someone took the time and effort to mindfully communicate to me about my child and his time at the camp. Not only was the message kind and thoughtful, but it was definitely on point about what kind of person he is, and the areas in which we can continue to help him flourish ...
Deciding to sign my 13-year-old up for a three-day camp with Mindful Space was on the spur of the moment. Dreading to have a naturally sedentary teen growing roots on the TV couch during the June holidays, I was intrigued when I read about Mindful Space's programme, particularly their aerial yoga activity.
Those three days came and went, and as usual, I didn't get a lot of information out of a teen apart from the fact that he had a lot of fun and wasn't bothered by the large age gap with his camp mates.
Then a week later, I received a post-camp message from Mindful Space.
Oh my, it is by far, the most detailed and best post-camp review I’ve ever read. True to their business name, someone took the time and effort to mindfully communicate to me about my child and his time at the camp. Not only was the message kind and thoughtful, but it was definitely on point about what kind of person he is, and the areas in which we can continue to help him flourish.
One of the "wow" moments for my child was how he attempted and succeeded in doing a handstand. To some parents of naturally well-coordinated and active kids, this may not seem like much, but for my child, it was huge. He was so surprised and proud of himself - for trying and overcoming. From the note, I especially love how the teachers were able to identify a huge learning point for him through this activity - there was an acknowledgement of fear, followed by an acceptance of self, before embarking on the actual learning of the technique and continual practice.
In our busy, modern society, many people, including adults, get buried with the "doing" but missed out on the critical stage of "being". Once in a while, we all need to recalibrate and reframe our mindsets so that we can be better equipped to embark on the "handstands of our lives".
I'm also happy to report that my child's posture has improved. When waiting for the bus recently, I noticed he was sitting upright when he would otherwise be hunched up like a little old man.
While Singapore is in no lack of children's holiday camps, life-transforming programmes like these are rare and precious. Thank you so much, Mindful Space.

I'm so so grateful that I had stumbled upon mindful space when searching for holiday camps for my P1 son. As my son has difficulties in controlling his emotions, I had wanted a camp that was focus on emotion well being. There aren't many kiddos camps around that focus on that. I had first reached out to the instructors to let them know about his situation to see if they are okay to accept my son. Vernessa who I had spoken to was very assuring over the call and welcoming for my son to join the 5 days of camp. Throughout the 5 days of camp, there had been episodes where my son was unable to control his anger and was disruptive to the class, but the instructors were able to understand him at his level and taught him to regulate himself without disrupting of the class. Despite the outbursts, my son still look forward to going to the camp every morning and shares that he enjoys himself. More importantly, he had great takeaways from the camp and had shared with our family - like learning how thoughts and words can be powerful and how if affects our habits and character. My husband and I are also in awe with the level of understanding and care that the instructors have for my child. They provided much insights to my child's behaviour and made many helpful suggestions. Vernessa had also introduced us to a therapist who may assist my child better. The team had also provided a super detailed write up and suggestions 1 to 2 weeks after the camp which is really helpful!
Much as we love our child, his emotions outbursts can be hard to deal with and at times leave us helpless and frustrated. We had started counselling sessions for a few months which had helped initially but seem to be at a standstill for awhile now and seems like we are back to the initial stage of helplessness. Vernessa and her team was able share new perspectives on my son's behaviour and their suggestions becomes our new tools to help our son in regulating his emotions and for that we are really grateful. The detailed observation of our child will not be possible without the love, care and big hearts from team. Kudos to Vernessa and her team for creating this safe and healthy programme and space for the kiddos!

My girl went here for a 3 day mindfulness camp and it was truly transformational. She is a ball of energy, so we were sceptical sending her for three days of seemingly “quite” activities. Yet, it was a hit! She absolutely lived it. It helped her to reflect on her behaviours and experiences in a very mature manner, she fell in love with aerial yoga and she made some good friends. The experience helped my daughter to feel more in control with her emotions and keen to continuously do better. The camp was organised in a very thoughtful and professional manner, with attention to detail and amazing follow-up. I would also like to give big compliments for being open and transparent about the emotional challenges they observe my daughter faces. All spot on, with thorough analysis and recommendation. It’s hard to get to the crux of issues, particularly for a young kid in one day. It is even harder, and takes courage and professionalism, to openly share observed issues to the customer at the risk of not having recurring business, but it was handled exceptionally tactful, giving confidence that kids are really in good hands and with caring hearts here. In addition to great experience and communication during the camp, we also got a comprehensive write-up on observations as well as a good set of photos to keep the good memories. Exceptional jib! Well beyond expectations.

Attended parent and child aerial yoga with my 4yo. She absolutely loved the experience. Great that the teaching assistant to parent-child pair ratio was almost 1:1, so it felt really safe (can’t always see how your kid is climbing above you in the hammock). Plus lots of photos and videos were taken by staff which they sent to us after, so we could just be in the moment to enjoy the class without worrying about having to capture the memories like our usual kiasu selves 😁

... Love the warm, cosy, and calming space at Mindful Space, offering a flexible schedule and classes of variable intensity. Class sizes are small, allowing for individual attention ... Having tried different yoga schools, I've found THE place I always look forward to. Always feel rejuvenated and refreshed after every class, thanks to the patient and encouraging teachers with unique styles ... Thank You, Vernessa and team, for opening this space to benefit others.
Warm, cosy and calming space. Love the space for having a flexible schedule with classes of variable intensity that suits different needs. Also love that class size is small, allowing more attention in correcting postures and in focusing on needs of individual. Was introduced to the space by my yoga buddy who was going for pre-natal classes. Having tried out different yoga schools and centres, I think I've found THE place where I constantly look forward to the next class.
Always feel rejuvenated and refreshed after every class (even after a long tiring day at work) and grateful for patient and encouraging teachers. The lovely ladies are all experienced, each with her own unique style of teaching. I like the classes that make one work and sweat (Vinyasa, Hatha and core) and also classes that mediates the body (therapy, yin).
I'm constantly motivated to maintain a balance in mind and body amidst the bustle of a fast-paced world.
Thank You Vernessa and team for opening this space to benefit others (both young and old) :)

... The studio offers a relaxing atmosphere with its central location and lush greenery. I love the peace and calm ambience, perfect for yoga and meditation ... Ms. Vernessa Chuah, the founder, is not only friendly and caring, she makes everyone feel very comfortable.
As a complete beginner to Yoga, it takes me quite a while looking for a suitable studio as I had doubts like : Will I feel comfortable begin in the studio? Will I be able to vibe with the teachers? How adventurous would I be in trying new pose in class? Until I get to know "MINDFUL SPACE" while browsing through Facebook and that's where my yoga journey begins....
Mindful Space is a new set up studio opened in August'2019. Location within central district situated in a commercial building surrounded with lush greenery offering a relaxing atmosphere. I love the welcoming air space, the peace and calm ambience within the studio, a good and healthy place to practice yoga and meditation. Classes were limited to small group, teachers were friendly and patience. A highly recommended studio for new beginners.
Ms Vernessa Chuah (the founder) not only pretty, she was also friendly and caring with positive attitude, makes me very comfortable talking to her. :)
Mindful Space is a special studio to me. Well-begin not only into yoga but they also conduct workshops supporting women (Women's Circle), parent and child (Parenting workshop, Parent & Child Classes).
Last but not the least, would like to convey below messages :
To : Ms Vernessa - felt blessed getting to know Mindful Space and glad begin a part of Mindful family. :)
To : Teacher Angie, Joanne, Kuan, Lishan - appreciated the patience rendered during the practice . You guys were awesome.
