Singapore's First Parent & Child Physical Curator
Mindful Space is a mindfulness and movement studio in the heart of Singapore, built by a mother for parents and children who want more than a class. We help families build emotional strength, body awareness and real connection together.
A Space Built On Real Parenting
Every child is different, and every child deserves a place where they feel safe enough to explore, create and grow at their own pace. That belief is why Mindful Space exists. We are not just a studio. We are a community of parents, educators and children who learn, play and grow side by side.
Our founder, Vernessa Chuah, spent over 20 years teaching and coaching across Australia, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore before she brought that experience home to build Mindful Space. Her years in different classrooms and cultures shaped a studio that welcomes every family, whatever their background.
As a mother herself, Vernessa understands how demanding modern parenting can be. That understanding shapes everything we do, from the way our teachers speak to children to the way we support the parents who bring them here.
Vernessa Chuah
Vernessa combines over 20 years of teaching experience with a deep commitment to family wellness. She founded Mindful Space to give parents and children a place to recharge, connect and grow together, and her vision still guides every programme we run today. She also supports women through pregnancy loss, miscarriage and infertility as a certified grief and loss coach.
