Singapore School Holiday Camp June 2026
Mindfulness Camp
for Children Age 7–15
Not just activities. Awareness in every step, every breath, every choice. Living mindfulness in every moment.
📅 June 15–19 | 5-Day Camp
“The Earth is You. You are the Earth.” — Thich Nhat Hanh
In this camp, mindfulness is not taught as something separate. It is woven into everything — how children move, eat, play, speak, and respond to one another. Through real-life experiences across Singapore, children learn to notice what they feel, stay with it, and choose how they respond — a life skill that stays long after the camp ends.
Most holiday programmes keep children busy. This one grows them.
This 5-day June camp is thoughtfully designed to support children in developing emotional resilience, body awareness, and social confidence — through movement, play, daily life activities, and shared experiences.
Mindfulness here is not taught as sitting still or “trying to calm down.” Instead, children learn mindfulness as a way to notice, pause, choose, and respond — in their bodies, emotions, relationships, and everyday moments.
Rather than teaching children what to think, we guide them to experience, practise, and integrate mindful awareness they can carry into school, friendships, playgrounds, and home life.
For parents who want more than just a camp
Not just something to fill the holidays but something that truly shifts how your child feels, responds, and grows.
“If you’ve ever thought… I just want my child to be a little more grounded, a little more aware, a little more able to handle life“
This camp was created for you.A Child Who Can Pause — Not Just React
When things don’t go their way — losing a game, disagreements, frustration — children are guided to notice what they feel, stay with it, and choose how to respond.
Not by being told what to do, but through real moments that matter.
You Stay Connected to Your Child’s Inner World
At pick-up, you won’t just hear “they had fun.”
You’ll hear what challenged them, what opened them, what they discovered about themselves — so you can continue the conversation at home.
Emotional Confidence — Not Just Social Skills
Many children can “get along.”
But fewer feel truly secure in themselves.
Here, children learn to express, navigate, and understand their emotions — building confidence that comes from within, not from approval.
Real-World Resilience (Not a Controlled Environment)
Life doesn’t happen in classrooms.
Through MRT rides, changing plans, shared decisions, and unpredictable moments, children learn to adapt, stay flexible, and remain grounded — in the real world.
A Space Where Every Child Belongs
In a mixed-age community, children learn to relate across differences — to lead, to follow, to include, and to be included.
Quiet children find their voice.
Strong personalities learn awareness of others.
Nature That Calms the Nervous System
Not screens. Not walls.
Gardens, water, open space, movement — giving children what their bodies actually need to settle, regulate, and reset naturally.
Mindfulness That Is Lived — Not Taught
Not sitting still. Not just breathing.
Mindfulness is woven into everything — meals, movement, play, conversations — so children experience awareness in action, not as a separate exercise.
5 Days. 5 Adventures. One Transformative Week.
Where mindfulness is not a practice — but a way of living.
We don’t teach children to sit still. We teach them how to stay with themselves and practice mindfulness in real life.
Each day is an experience — not just of what children do, but of what they notice, feel, and understand about themselves.
We Are the Earth
Tend a community permaculture garden at Winstedt M.a.D Garden — composting, harvesting, and creating a personal Care Card with botanical ink and a bamboo pen.
As hands touch soil and senses awaken, children begin to slow down — noticing texture, smell, breath, and the quiet rhythm of nature.
Through this, they experience something deeper: caring for the earth and caring for themselves are not separate.
From Hammocks to Monkey Bars
Build foundational aerial skills in a professional studio — monkey hang, inversions, partner work — then bring those same movements into the playground at Gardens by the Bay.
As children move between structure and freedom, they begin to notice: Where do I feel strong? Where do I feel fear? What happens when I stay with it?
Confidence grows not from doing more — but from being present inside the experience.
The Mindful Kitchen – Planning & Sourcing
Shop at a real supermarket as a team — budgeting together, assigning roles, and choosing ingredients with awareness and care for one another.
This is not just shopping. It is a practice in decision-making, attention, and shared responsibility.
Later, through water play and swimming at Kallang Wave Mall, children reconnect with the body — noticing temperature, breath, and sensation as a way to regulate and reset.
The Mindful Kitchen – Heart & Hands
From flour and water, children make noodles by hand — kneading, rolling, cutting — then come together to build a shared meal.
Each movement becomes a quiet practice: slowing down, paying attention, staying with the process.
As they sit and eat what they created, children experience gratitude, effort, and connection — Mindfulness not as an idea, but as something lived.
Coming Home to Your Body
A day of outdoor movement, body awareness, and nature play — developing balance, coordination, and sensory awareness.
Children learn to listen inward: What does my body need? Where are my limits? What feels right for me?
The week closes with reflection and a personal message from teachers — anchoring a deeper sense of self-trust, belonging, and inner calm.

Questions from Singapore Parents
What makes this camp different from other Singapore holiday programmes?
We know there are many wonderful holiday camps in Singapore. What makes Mindful Space different is how we do what we do. We focus on life skills, body awareness, and socio-emotional development. Every activity — from cooking to navigating the MRT — is a mindfulness practice in disguise.
Children don’t just do things; they notice how they feel, reflect on what was challenging, and practise responding rather than reacting. Parents consistently experience a meaningful shift in emotion regulation, social skills, body awareness, resilience, and confidence. Read what our families share on Google Reviews →
What ages is this camp suitable for?
The camp is thoughtfully designed for children aged 7 to 15. The wide age range is intentional — it mirrors real life, where children thrive when they learn alongside people of different abilities, temperaments, and perspectives. Our teachers are trained in group facilitation and ensure every child feels seen, included, and appropriately challenged.
Why the wide age group of 7–15?
The classes are intentionally designed as a wide age group camp so your child can be mixed with different levels of abilities and experiences — to learn socio-emotional skills the way they’re actually needed in real life. Older children naturally step into mentoring roles; younger children rise to meet the challenge. When children enter adulthood, they will work alongside people from all walks of life. At Mindful Space, we take challenging moments as learning moments — a safe container to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow.
Why does pick-up change every day?
Because we’re exploring different activities at different inspiring locations across Singapore! To maximise the time we have with your children, we avoid travelling back and forth. Each day’s pick-up point is near where we end our adventures for that day.
What is the parent briefing at pick-up?
At the end of each day, our teachers take a few warm minutes with parents at pick-up to share how the day went — what activities the children did, any meaningful moments or breakthroughs, and what themes or emotions came up in the group. It’s our way of keeping you close to your child’s experience and helping you continue the conversations at home. It’s a small ritual that keeps you connected to your child’s inner world, even when you weren’t there.
My child has dietary requirements — can they still join?
Yes, absolutely. If your child requires Halal or vegetarian meals, or has any other dietary needs, we recommend bringing your own food to be safe. Alternatively, please text us at 9783 7313 before the camp and please indicate your child’s dietary requirements on the registration form.
My child has special needs — is this camp suitable for them?
Mindful Space is an inclusive space and we warmly welcome children with different needs. At the same time, we need to keep the group ratio manageable and prioritise the safety of every child in the group.
For example, for children who have a tendency to move away quickly from the group or towards roads, our indoor or smaller group events may be a more suitable starting point. We want every child to feel safe and well-supported — and that means being thoughtful about what setting is the right fit.
Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9783 7313 and we can have a conversation about the possibilities together. Please also indicate your child’s needs on the registration form so we are aware and prepared to welcome them well.
What if it rains?
Bring a poncho — humans are wonderfully water-resistant! All camp locations have a wet-weather plan and we continue rain or shine. Children learn that the outdoors is available to them in all weather — a powerful lesson in itself. Some of our most memorable moments happen in the rain. 🌿
Can my child try just one day before committing to the full week?
Yes! We offer a 1-Day Taster on June 12 (Week 1) and June 19 (Week 2) — both are Day 5 of their respective camp weeks. It’s a complete, joyful day of outdoor movement, body awareness, nature play, and a warm closing circle. Drop-off at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Exit B at 9am, pick-up at Bayfront MRT at 4–4:30pm.
