Are your tween and teenage children (Age 10 – 15) facing challenges with peer pressure, relationships with friends, screen time, sleep problems, the school’s expectation, and their sense of identity?
We focus on supporting children to process their emotions, feelings, and their thoughts through:
- Self-regulation
- Emotion management
- Stress and anxiety management
- Body and mind awareness
Class Structure
- mindful movement and breathing techniques
- journaling
- discussion and sharing. With the teacher facilitating, we encourage child-led discussion. Children can express themselves authentically in this safe space and share the challenges they are currently facing. Learning to be comfortable with themselves.
Schedule
Sat, 1:45 -3pm
*minimum 5 pax to commence*

Price
Trial Session: $60 per class
Full Term: $660 (12 week course), $55 per session
Dress Code
- Wear long pants/tights comfortable for stretches and large movements (no shorts or skirts).
- Bring your own water bottle.
Note
- This is not a class pass. Your child attend the same weekly sessions for the term.
- The cancellation policy is notified 24 hours before class.
- Only two make-up classes are available for the 12-weeks-class term.
- This ticket is not applicable for cancellation or refund unless Mindful Space cannot commence or proceed with the activity.
