Adult Hatha Yoga
Yoga is a way of life to bring awareness to our body, learning to be aware of how we feel & connecting with ourselves. In these 5 sessions, we will be working on lengthening the spine, improving postures especially rounded shoulders/hunchback issues & general flexibility.
We focus on going slow & detailed, holding each posture for a longer time & having variations for all body types. All levels including beginners & inflexible are welcome. Expect a mindful relaxation at the end of every class!

- Trial $35
- Full Term: 10-weekly-sessions for S$300
Attire and To-Bring
- best to wear sports attire.
- bring a water bottle.
- bring own mat and yoga towel (optional).
Note
- Min 3 pax to commence
- Only two make up classes for the full term, 10-weeks-class term (notify 24 hours before class).
- This is not a class pass. You attend the same weekly sessions for the term.
- This ticket is not applicable for cancellation or refund unless Mindful Space cannot commence or proceed with the activity.
- Only fully vaccinated adults (based on government regulation) are allowed.
